This policy explains how Felipe Jose Demartini, trading as Easy AI Chief (ABN 11 883 324 920) ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or buy the Easy AI Chief course. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number.

  • Purchase details: the product you bought and transaction records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

  • Usage data: basic information about how you use our website (for example via cookies and analytics).

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the Course and give you access.

  • To provide support and respond to your enquiries.

  • To send you course-related and, where you have opted in, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To improve our website and offering, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business, and share only what is needed:

  • Systeme.io — our website, checkout, course hosting and email platform.

  • Our payment provider — to process card payments securely. (Confirm and name the provider you use in Systeme, e.g. Stripe or PayPal.)

  • Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that powers the assistant you build. Note: the data you later choose to connect to your own AI Chief of Staff is handled under your own Claude account and Anthropic's terms, not by us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our website uses cookies to make it work and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Data may be stored on servers operated by our providers, which may be located outside Australia.
