We stand behind Easy AI Chief. Here is exactly how our guarantee works.

Our Day 3 guarantee

The course is designed to have your AI Chief of Staff up and running by the end of Day 3. If it is not, you can request a full refund of your purchase price, no questions asked.

You must request by the end of Day 3. Because the course is online and available to you in full straight away, your refund request must be sent by the end of Day 3 after your purchase (within 3 days of buying). Requests made after the end of Day 3 are not eligible under this guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email support@easyaichief.com from the email address you used to purchase, with the subject line "Refund", by the end of Day 3 after your purchase. We will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, and we aim to process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds end your access

When a refund is requested and approved, your access to the course, its lessons, prompts and all materials is removed, and your licence to use them ends.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.
