These terms govern your purchase and use of the Easy AI Chief course ("the Course"), operated by Felipe Jose Demartini, trading as Easy AI Chief (ABN 11 883 324 920) ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these terms.

1. The Course

Easy AI Chief is a digital, self-paced online course that teaches you how to set up and use an AI assistant ("your AI Chief of Staff") built on Claude. It includes lessons, prompts, templates and supporting materials. Access is delivered online after purchase.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Course for your own use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, republish, or distribute the Course, your login, or its materials. Access is for a single user.

3. Intellectual property

All Course content, materials, templates and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You keep ownership of your own business data and anything you create using what you learn.

4. Third-party tools and costs

Your AI Chief of Staff runs on Claude, provided by Anthropic. You are responsible for creating and paying for your own Claude account and any other third-party services you choose to use. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their pricing, or their availability.

5. No guarantee of specific results

The Course is provided to help you save time and work more efficiently. Time saved and results vary by person and business, and depend on how you apply the material. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or number of hours saved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Course lawfully and not to misuse the materials or any connected tools.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at [/refund-policy].

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Course is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
